Business Analyst with strong client facing capabilities and SQL experience is Needed for a growing Technology driven Solutions Provider with corporate headquarters in Los Angeles, CA. Firm is currently in growth mode working in a very niche market place, and is expanding its technology staff on a national scale.

This is a "hybrid" role that combines some software development with enterprise level analytical work, along with managing multiple large-scale projects and working closely with customers/clients on a day to day basis. You will be the middle man or woman between the development staff and company executives internally and clients on the outside.
What you need:
- 3+ years of experience working in a business analyst or project management role
- Experienced working in a Microsoft/Windows development environment
- Understanding of .NET and SQL technologies
- Ability to gather and translate requirements, define project scopes, meet deadlines, and manage the development life cycle process
- Experience interfacing with customers/clients on a day to day basis
- Excellent communication skills - ability to work with technical and non-technical teams and business users
- PMP certification is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
What you will be doing:
- Work with multiple teams and clients across different business units and projects
- Gather requirements, optimize business processes, resolve production issues and support and upgrade existing software and business applications
- Work with the Tech staff to automate existing tasks and minimize the amount of manual processes
- Design and develop improved methods for reporting and information sharing
- Document application integration processes and participate in cross-training
- Participate in the design, development and delivery of software applications and training programs
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements and application functionality/capabilities
- Travel to client sites a few times a month and be the face of the organization
