Skills:
3-5 years experience using MVS/TSO, JCL, VSAM, EZTRIEVE, Cobol, Endevor.
Prior experience in Endevor and Remedy will be a plus.

Production support (24/7 on call rotation) level 2 position, responsible to triage/resolve application issues. When required, work with Development team and/or other support teams to resolve application failures. Candidate needs to be familiar with SDLC to support code migrations and provide support to the test teams. Candidate should have prior experience with issue tracking systems, working tickets, tracking to SLA's. At CGI, we're a team of builders.
