Established in 1961, our client is a leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of perimeter security and fencing. Their product range includes vinyl, wood, ornamental and chain-link fences and solutions for residential, commercial, industrial and high security customers. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an Inside Sales Rep to join their team.

As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for selling our client's quality fencing products to residential, commercial, industrial and high security customers via the telephone. Liaising with both new and existing customers, you will build strong and effective relationships and ensure that a first class level of service is provided at all times.

Operating from our client's distribution center in Albuquerque, you will handle incoming sales orders as well as perform credit checks and credit control and inform the Manager of any high-risk customers. You will also phone customers to provide quotes, schedule deliveries and inform them of any sales promotions.

Generating new business, you will develop an understanding of customers' individual needs and utilize this to recommend the most suitable products. Additionally, you will collect market information regarding competitor pricing and ensure that the Manager is kept up-to-date with any industry developments.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Previous customer service or sales experience
- A good level of computer literacy
- A high school diploma

As an Inside Sales Rep, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a professional telephone manner. Ambitious and self-motivated, you must have the ability to smash targets in a fast-paced environment and work on your own initiative.

Previous home improvement or construction industry experience would be beneficial to your application.
