This position is responsible for the project management of client marketing programs of the GE Capital Retail Finance Bank cards. This role will lead cross functional teams (Ops, Risk, IT, Fraud, etc.) to complete the build, test, and launch of new card products with particular focus on value proposition redesigns, flips, reissues and FDR fulfillment packages. Essential Responsibilities: GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. Manage new client and product launches on Card products for GE Captial Retail Finance.
Ability to develop and implement new processes, technology, and related infrastructure to support client and GE Marketing requirements.
Develop and implement new products on the FDR system as requested by Marketing
Provide consultative input to internal process owners on best practices for Card and FDR functionality
Ability to manage FDR conversions, transfers, and minor program requests as needed
Ensure compliance of corporate operating instructions & all applicable state & federal regulations
Participate in quality improvement programs
Drive Customer centricity & change initiatives
Perform special assignments & other duties as required Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors Degree
5+ years experience in card systems
Knowledge of bankcard laws, regulations and operating instructions
Experience working with MasterCard/Visa
