This will be a combination of Facebook, LinkedIn and social chat rooms. This division of the company is an incubator for bleeding edge technologies, prototyping and new developments. You need to someone that thrives for the most cutting edge technology available to build Web based systems.
What you need for this position:
- Java, PHP or Python - you need to have a passion for Back End web development
- Web Services - We would rather see a strong Back End API engineer and have you learn Java than an Enterprise Java developer
- JSON
- RESTful API
What would be nice to have:
- Node.JS
- A GIT Hub account (this would put you in the top running immediately!)
- A passion for clean and particular code
- Strong API Experience
What you'll be doing:
- Building a Social Media platform from scratch for a Fortune 50 company with over 300,000 Employees
- Working in a division of the company that is an incubator for all the future web based architecture
- 100% Back End development using Java and Node.JS
- All API based development
