Located in Arkansas, we are a leading manufacturer of nanoscale technology. Our innovations are used in machining, manufacturing and lubrication industries. Due to growth, we are looking to add a stellar Sales Engineer to our team!

What will you be doing?

- Work with engineering and technical team to develop new business
- Cultivating relationships with existing and new business clients
- Developing and negotiating contracts with customers
- Analysis of client requirements and selection of appropriate products/solutions
- Meet and exceed sales goals

What do you need to qualify?

- 5+ years of new business development and technical sales experience
- 2+ years of experience specifically in lubricants, coatings or greases/oils
- Good relationship building skills
- Market analysis, penetration and sales strategy
- Strong solutions and negotiating skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- BA/BS in engineering or science is preferred
