Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible collaborating with internal team members from multiple departments. Other responsibilities include:
- Transform an abstract concept into an impactful design solution that solves the overall business objectives
- Listening to clients and understanding their needs to develop creative solutions
- Balance priorities and projects in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to take direction
- Strong Ideation, Design & Critical thinking to produce new ideas and concepts

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience creating impactful visual designs using color, typography, and imagery
- Proficient working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and print
- A portfolio that demonstrates superior creative thinking and problem solving skills
- Self motivated, customer-focused and passionate about design
- Detail oriented
- Bachelor's Degree in Design from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience
- The ability to travel up to 50%

- Proven success delivering solutions in a complex, rapidly changing environment
- Print and digital brand experience
- Excellent organization skills
- Experience collaborating with creative talent and technology team
- Superior verbal and writing skills to communicate design principles
- Animation and/or prototyping skills
- Professional certifications are advantageous
