Network Control Technician II

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Network Control Technician II to join our client in Atlanta, GA

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide first level surveillance on network activities
- Initiating the ticketing process for network outages
- Working cross departmentally to ensure that outages are properly reported and resolved
- Provide support of Sprint Network Vision rollout and the manual work that will be called for to effectively manage the newly deployed network vision equipment.

Job Qualifications:

- Candidate must be flexible with hours - this is a 24 by 7 environment and any shift could be extended at time of offer
- Must have one to three (1-3) years of experience in this type of role (tech support, NOC, etc.)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Must be able to learn quickly and manage changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
