Responsibilities

As a Senior Internactive Designer you will be responsible collaborating with internal team members from multiple departments. Other responsibilities include:
- Transform an abstract concept into an effective digital design solution that solves the overall business objective
- Execute and oversee the development of application interface design across multiple digital platforms
- Engage with the client and participate with presentations
- Balance priorities and projects in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
- Maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies and design trends
- Ability to work independently, yet take direction
- Strong Ideation, Design & Critical thinking

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience designing impactful user experiences and exceptional visual design execution
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- A portfolio that demonstrates superior creative thinking and problem solving skills
- Self motivated, customer-focused and a passion for great UI design
- Strong ability to conceptualize user needs and translate them into creative and optimal interface designs
- Detail oriented
- Strong understanding of web design and usability standards
- Bachelor's Degree in Design from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience
- The ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Skills

- Proven success delivering solutions in a complex, rapidly changing environment
- Print brand experience
- Excellent organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and to adjust to frequent changes and project priorities
- Experience collaborating with creative talent and technology team
- Superior verbal and writing skills to communicate design principles
- Animation and/or prototyping skills
- Professional certifications are advantageous
