Responsibilities

As a Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Senior Traffic and Planning Manager in the following areas:
- Act as a liaison between the Creative Department, and Agency Services and Consulting Departments
- Coordinating and ensuring the on-time and orderly flow and delivery of all creative projects from job initiation to project closeout
- Internal communication, coordination and scheduling of all print advertising
- Providing regular communication/updates to various departments regarding potential problems in the project schedule, or resource base, which could reduce the efficiency of operations
- Managing/juggling individual workloads of each creative team member,
including prioritizing client and internal project deadlines
- Attend weekly agency status meeting

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a Traffic professional, ideally in an Advertising Agency environment
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university in the workplace

Preferred Skills

- Proven interpersonal communication skills
- Extremely organized and detail oriented with a passion for following and enforcing company processes in regards to creative work flow
- A demonstrated ability to partner, collaborate with and lead a diverse range of resources and personalities with distinct perspectives
- Able to juggle many projects and responsibilities at one time
- Basic print, broadcast, interactive production knowledge preferred
- Team-player
