We are looking for an exceptional recruiter who will help drive the future of Microsoft Advertising Research & Development (MSAR&D) by identifying, attracting and hiring the very best candidates! Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Engaging key staffing and business partners in order to understand the needs of this unique client as well as attain internal expertise of the profile and map to external marketplace
Providing a slate of candidates to hiring groups while employing strategic consulting and influencing skills in order to provide staffing expertise and recommendations
Interviewing, offering, negotiating and closing assigned requisitions for internal and external candidates
Networking and maintaining relationships with key candidate communities for short and/or long term opportunities
Providing follow up feedback to external candidates on results of interviews
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of top MS business/technical and policy initiatives and competitors

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in developing and executing candidate generation strategies. Effective oral and written communication skills are essential. In addition we are seeking someone with superior negotiation skills with strategic thinking experience. Our environment is collaborative team players wanted . Technical recruiting experience is mandatory, as it is vital for success in this role.

Other requirements:
A BS/BA degree or equivalent set of professional experiences
5+ years of technical recruiting experience
Skills needed - strategic thinking, negotiation, boolean search, problem solving, communication
Ability to interact with and act as a consultant to all levels of the organization - from new managers, to Vice Presidents
Passion for hiring technical candidates; significant experience identifying, screening, interviewing and closing technical candidates
Ability to understand, articulate and sell Microsoft culture and business initiatives
Track record of innovation, creativity, and results.
Drive & tenacity to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates, with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and previous applicant tracking systems or CRM's.
