Job Summary
As a Technical Support Engineer you will provide support for existing systems. You will have the opportunity to work with our Product Support, Operations, and Implementations teams on exciting and complex production inquiries. This role is responsible for resolving escalated issues quickly, applying creative problem solving skills to new challenges, and investing and learning about every part of our code base.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with Implementation Engineers, Engineering, Product Support and System Operations to help triage and address client/production issues with existing and new customers.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert for the suite of products.
- Gather and analyze information, evaluate impacts, resolve or escalate issues as needed.
- Develop concise and thorough knowledge base articles for both external and internal audiences.
- Identify opportunities to help improve processes, documentation, and overall client experience

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1+ years working in Linux environment
- Minimum 1+ years Perl or any other Scripting language
- Minimum 1+ years experience using SQL databases

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues.
- Have excellent SQL/MySQL or database troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Java is desired.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, JSON is a plus.
- Subversion.
- Ability to research and learn independently.
- A love of creative problem solving.
- Strong communication skills.
