Position Overview:

This position will work as part of a team responsible for the installation, configuration, training, and on-going client utilization of IP Phone systems and integrated applications for the Network Solutions group.

This product set provides features and functionality that integrate ADPs Network Phone products with our DMS and CRM applications, as well providing network security, web filtering, and remote connectivity.

Will consult with the customer to understand their business processes and the impact our products will have to their business, determine appropriate application and configuration settings accordingly, and load those settings according to ADP pre-defined standards.

Administration and end-user training will then be performed at time of system turn-up and is customized as necessary based on individual dealer's business process requirements.

Moreover, this position will make periodic contact with each client to ensure their ongoing application utilization and overall satisfaction with these same products and services.

- Experience performing training needs analysis and developing effective technical training materials and solutions
- Ability to evaluate clients training needs
- Ability to provide specialized customer support and ability to follow-through and prioritize and react quickly to solve customers' requests
- Experience creating and maintaining specialized customer support on customized phone applications
- Experience consulting with clients in the best way to use ADP products
- Be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively discuss/present technical material to a non-technical audience
- Must be self-directed, highly motivated and able to set priorities with minimal supervision
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge/experience with ADP applications or dealership experience preferred
- Ability to travel to client site for application installations Travel- 25% for on-site installation, support and utilization visits as needed

Basic understanding of Cisco Unified Communications Manager versions 4 through 7Cisco WebExProficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint,and Visio
