Job Description: Lead Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
Defines system functional requirements and validates that the system design aligns with defined functional requirements.

Leads JAD sessions to refine Requirements and document Business Processes.

Leads a team of business analysts focusing on specific Health Benefits Exchange areas to document Use Cases and Business Process Models.
Works with information architecture teams to develop screen mockups.
Understands business process changes and impacts.
Directs the activities of the business analysis and functional design teams according to the project schedule.
Collaborates with the development and testing teams throughout the full project life cycle.

Essential Skills:

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in system design, development and implementation of healthcare and/or health insurance projects as a business analyst, developer, or other key position. Specific experience with healthcare and/or health insurance required.
A bachelor's degree.
Experience facilitating requirements definition and documenting customer requirements within an SDLC framework
