RN Day Surgery Manager:
The Manager oversees all daily activities of the Day Surgery Center (DSC). This facility operates primarily as an outpatient surgery center and includes five Operating Rooms and one Treatment Room. Manages the OR, Pre-Operative, Post-Operative (PACU), and clinical supporting staff in the DSC. This manager is responsible for delivering quality patient care, high patient and surgeon satisfaction, operational efficiencies, and financial performance.
