Description
The Cashier delivers excellent client services and maximizes client solutions. Identifying the services needs based on the cashier/client interaction while performing efficient and accurate customer transactions.

Deliver outstanding client services by executing financial transactions in accordance with American Express policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable record in daily drawer balancing. Adhere to operational controls and regulatory procedures . Drives efforts in the location to identify and implement a positive overall client experience. Deepen client relationship by effectively executing all services and referring American Express products while achieving goals through daily sales activities and location sales promotions. Continuously learn new and existing products through training and development practices.

Qualifications

* Sales, cashier or other money -handling experience preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Analytical and problem solving skills.
* Basic Computer skills.
* Retail/sales experience preferred

High school diploma or GED required
