Senior Financial Analyst

Description:

Assist in the development and analysis of Oakley's Strategic 3-Year Operating Plan.

Assist in the development and analysis of Oakley's Annual Budget.

Prepare reports & analysis of monthly business results against budgets and prior years's results.

Synthesize/communicate results effectively to business partners/Executives within Oakley.

Review, challenge, and validate the monthly manufacturing results & forecast with Oakley manufacturing teams.

Review, challenge and validate the monthly forecasts of key Oakley subsidiaries.

Provide analytical support to Oakley's wholesale subsidiaries in budget preparation, and ad-hoc decision making.

Work with business managers to quantify long-term business plans, and adapt them into long-term financial plans.

Work with cross-functional teams to build out the rolling forecasting, reporting & analysis capabilities of the Hyperion financial forecasting system.

Drive ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

BA/BS in finance/accounting/economics/international business
MBA preferred

5-7 years experience working in an analytical capacity.

Exceptional knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

SAP, BW, HFM, Hyperion Essbase systems experience preferred.

Strong math/analytical skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to solve problems, work well with cross-functional groups, including Executive Management.
