In this role you leverage GE's extensive installed base of Electrical Distribution (and motors) equipment in your region to drive growth of parts, components & associated services and contribute to the overall business profitable growth strategy.
Essential Responsibilities: Specifically, The Aftermarket Region Sales Growth Leader is responsible for successfully driving sales growth of new and existing Aftermarket offerings, and other Aftermarket Solutions as well as parts and component programs related to Aftermarket NPIs and new product/service offerings. In this role, you will lead Aftermarket Solutions sales for your region, acting as the primary interface and support of Distribution, Direct, OEM, Services - (GE and Independent) & other provider partner SM's with programs and efforts for Aftermarket products and services solutions. Working closely with the Aftermarket team to provide VOC input and market based information feedback for future program development and growth maximization. In addition, in this role you will:
Act as primary interface for Aftermarket Solutions, Parts and Components Sales for your region
Understand customer inventory needs and GE offerings, including obsolescence needs and Gaps, and competitive offerings
Define the region Aftermarket Solutions and Parts and Components sales and Go to market plan, leveraging all existing and potential sales channels available, including GE Service Centers, Independent Service Providers, and Field Engineering Services teams
Act as primary interface to Aftermarket team for region sales, provide inputs and VOC for growth opportunities
Leverage aftermarket inventory quantity packaging, minimum order, and kitting go to market strategies
Provide market price feedback, win/hit rates and act as primary interface to the Aftermarket team and partner providers
Provide recommendations to meet or exceed profitable growth objectives through execution of Aftermarket marketing and sales plans for your region
Provide pricing inputs for products and channels, working with the Aftermarket team and pricing organization
Provide feedback to the Aftermarket team on price, quality, and delivery performance to drive service excellence
Leverage and develop additional go to market Channel partners to accelerate growth
Link the customer Aftermarket product and services needs through Equipment Life Cycle Management approaches utilizing installed base and the product platforms as levers Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of Electrical Distribution Equipment (and Motors) OR Service sales with Parts and Components sales experience
