What you need for this position:
-A passionate leader with deep and broad knowledge of all things software development.
-Must excel at both working independently as well an in a group setting.
-Must be able to maintain up-to-date knowledge on a wide variety of technologies and methodologies.
-Must be an excellent communicator, able to explain current and future state software architecture in layman's terms to both clients and colleagues at all levels of an organization.
-Comfortable with rapid development cycles, tight schedules.
-Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
-Knowledgeable and experienced with Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies.
-Experienced with Business Process Modeling and Enterprise Information Management.
-Expert level knowledge of Data and Information Architecture.
-Demonstrated experience with IT strategic planning.
-Strong knowledge of and experience with ERP/MRP systems.
-Experience developing or leading the development of mobile applications.
-Experience in automated testing and continuous integration environments.
-Advanced domain knowledge on social media systems and integration.
-Experienced with utilizing public/private cloud infrastructure.
-Experience working with remote and geographically separated teams.
-BA/BS and 8+ years Software Architect/Sr. Developer experience
-15+ years progressive IT experience including 8+ years as a Software Architect/Sr. Developer
-Proven experience leading complex projects throughout the project life cycle
What you'll be doing:
-Provides technical leadership, guidance, and support in the development and deployment of complex mobile and hosted web applications.
-Assists in the definition of product requirements and responsible for the creation of high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems and services.
-Leads the definition and documentation of development best practices, processes, and methodologies.
-Develops and maintain global technology roadmaps and application evolution plans.
-Facilitates the governance and use of enterprise architecture principles, guidance and reference architectures.
