Description
The newly created Global Business Consulting organization supports both Global Corporate Payment (GCP) and Global Business Travel (GBT) clients. This segment team is responsible for the execution of complex management consulting engagements for Global and Multinational clients that help them maximize and control their T&E and indirect spend. Our product offerings include sourcing, process optimization, policy analysis, and performance measurement.

Team members have a wide variety of backgrounds including management consulting, airline, process re-engineering, finance, law, implementation consulting, software development, and account/client management.

This role will work closely with a Consulting project team (Senior Managers, Project Managers, and Senior Analysts), clients, and cross-functional business partners to deliver high quality analysis, insights, and recommendations to our clients.

Analyze massive datasets to help formulate strategic insights and recommendations

Assist the project team with developing compelling presentation of those insights and recommendations

Identify opportunities to improve analytical approach to drive efficiencies and improved insights

Participate in internal initiatives that help to grow our business, expand our service offerings, and/or drive efficiencies

Develop and manage workplans for assigned tasks

Operate in and contribute to a team-oriented environment with strong personal accountability, commitment and integrity with respect to all aspects of the role

Qualifications

BA/BS required

Minimum of 2 years data analysis experience, experience in management consulting, sourcing, procurement, or process re-engineering a plus

Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access/Excel required, working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

Process mapping experience, Six Sigma certification is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as listening ability

Able to manage and prioritize multiple project assignments while adhering to strict project timelines

Comfortable working on assignments where there may be ambiguity in approach or outcome

Strategic thinker with an innovative, growth mindset

Ability to identify problems and proactively raise to Project Managers with potential solutions
