We are currently seeking an Reporting Analyst to join our team in the Chicago office.

Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute monthly, bi-monthly and weekly recruiting reports to recruiting and HR leadership
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests including formatting reports and analyzing data
- Create and format PowerPoint presentations
- Facilitate candidate expense process and reconcile Diners Card expenses to practices
- Support the Firm's OFCCP audit compliance efforts
- Provide support to special projects

Qualifications:
- Three years of data analysis experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLookup formulas and pivot tables, knowledge of macro creation is preferred
- Detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to communicate with various levels of management
