Our Allstate Insurance office in Bucktown is rapidly growing and we are in need of someone with Customer Service Experience to help our customers with their insurance needs. We will train and sponsor for Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance license.
This is a knowledge-based career. You must strive to learn everything about Allstate Insurance policies and procedures to communicate and provide peace of mind to our customers.
Using a consultative approach you must understand the customer and their insurance needs to tailor their policies and coverages to suit their specific situation.
Adequately complete documentation for new and existing customers.
Call on existing customers for insurance policy renewals and payments.
Review policy specifics with existing customers.
Participate in the sales process by asking targeted questions and transferring influence to the appropriate Licensed Sales Rep. Job Requirements
Illinois Property & Casualty License a plus but not required.
Customer Service experience required.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Some college experience preferred but not required.
Outgoing and assertive personality.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Bilingual: English and Spanish.
Strong telephone skills.
Highly organized and follows through until matters are fully resolved.
