PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Enablement Programs Team is part of the Global CoE within SAP Hybris. Its focus is to create and deliver high impact enablement programs and events for the field sales team that lead to increased revenue generation. This includes live and virtual learning events, such as: field kick-off meetings, regional market unit meetings, webinars, eLearning, and new hire on boarding programs. The team works closely together with the Field Sales, Product Marketing, Solution Management, Direct Marketing, and Channel teams. SAP Hybris solutions help our customers create exceptional and relevant customer experiences across all touch-points for both B2C and B2B organizations.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As an Intern/Working Student you will support the current team members in various areas such as: enablement asset creation and management, program development, project management, event planning/coordination/logistics, updating internal communication portals, and report generation/maintenance. You will join a dynamic global team with an exceptional, fun and passionate working atmosphere. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m) - preferred field(s) of study: Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning, Business Analytics, Business Studies, or similar
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel); Communication tools such as Skype; Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) preferred.
  • Language skills: Fluent Business English
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); good analytical capabilities; high affinity for technology.
  • Others: Self-motivated, ability to multi-task, and strong team player
