Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a member of Johnson and Johnson's Family of Companies, is hiring an IT Manager, Regulatory Affairs and Clinical to be located in Somerville, NJ or Cincinnati, OH.
Ethicon Endo-Surgery develops and markets advanced medical devices for minimally invasive and open surgical procedures, focusing on procedure-enabling devices for the interventional diagnosis and treatment of conditions in general and bariatric surgery, as well as gastrointestinal health, gynecology and surgical oncology. The IT Manager, Regulatory Affairs and Clinical will be responsible for the management of personnel, financials, & services within their area of responsibility. They will be supervising (or performing, as required) management & delivery of specific projects or initiatives within the departmental unit. The successful candidate will provide strategic & technical planning of information technology to meet the organization's objectives by following quality processes & procedures. They will analyze business processes for reengineering opportunities, manage project resources (people, equipment, etc.) and interact with and support customers.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related business and IT experience in the Regulatory, Clinical, or R&D areas is required.
Technical competence with the ability to teach, train and develop others is highly preferred.
Experience working with Sharepoint, Document Management and PLM is highly preferred.
Experience building and managing cross functional relationships is highly preferred.
Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, team building, influencing skills, facilitation, and conflict management skills
required.
Experience in social media (Skype, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) is preferred.
Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, creativity & innovation skills highly preferred.
Strong change management, project management, project scheduling, planning, tracking & status reporting skills
required.
Strong written and oral communication skills to the executive level is highly preferred.
Travel required up to 10% nationally and internationally as needed.
