Job Description:

Accurately and courteously handle inbound and outbound calls for the Eligibility Enrollment Solutions service line to determine eligibility for various government programs.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Center Experience
• Excellent customer service or client relations experience
• Office or Hospital environment
• Excellent Phone skills, voice
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Basic Computer Skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to multi-task
• Manage objections and the process
