Amotec Inc. is an executive search and staffing firm committed to recruiting with integrity. We are seeking a part time Video Specialist (10-20 hours a week) to shoot and produce videos to promote our corporate culture, train new and existing employees and candidates, and to support various internal and external communications initiatives. This position will report to the Marketing Director and is based out of our beautiful downtown Cleveland headquarters. We have an on-site studio and editing room with new equipment and Final Cut Pro software.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • A passion for video and multi-media recording
  • Extensive knowledge in video production; formats, equipment and techniques
  • A good sense of video production best practices; sound, lighting, pace, length, etc...
  • Knowledge of how to integrate video with websites, training tools, and other common distribution formats (dvds, various file formats, Flash)
  • Strong attention to details and the ability to meet deadlines
  • The ability to envision and produce a finished product from an idea and raw material
  • The ability to take feedback constructively and to accommodate changes in theme or direction
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • BA in Video technology or film production is preferred. We will consider students who are working toward this goal.
