Based in Denver, CO, we are an exciting technology based company with software solutions targeting the telecommunications realm. Currently, we are looking to hire for an extremely talented Enterprise Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, the Product Manager, will have responsibility for overseeing a broad portfolio of products delivered from a hosted software, hardware and network infrastructure supporting voice and communications solutions for enterprise customer markets. Commercial applications will include SIP trunking, advanced unified communications and multi-media features.

This individual will team with the Directors of Product Management and make a significant contribution by ensuring we deliver the right product and feature set to our growing enterprise customer base in contact centers, enterprise unified communications and UC hosters. Responsibility ranges from assisting with the definition of product requirements with Sales and Marketing stakeholders, to interfacing with developers and vendors in the development process, to product roll-out preparation and delivery. Coordinating with external and leading internal core teams, the Product Manager will drive the actual commercial deployment of the application and services to key customers and partners. This position will interface with customers and partners on a regular basis.

What you will be doing:

- Create and drive product requirements and associated documentation through the product and development lifecycles. Requires familiarity with common software development tools and processes like use cases, personas, agile methodologies, etc.
- Create various solution deployment deliverables, product roadmaps, product scope and definition documents, product requirements, project plans, status reports, sales training, etc.
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Channel Management teams to gather market requirements and assist in the sales effort and market positioning of products.
- Work collaboratively to research markets, create market-driven product requirements, manage the development
- Research and understand primary customer needs, competitive offerings, market/industry trends and cost/benefit trade-offs of various implementation options, and translate into functional product descriptions.
- Work with Engineering to ensure compliance with product requirements.
- Work with Engineering to guide UI design and usability.
- Work with Marketing and Engineering on developing demos for new products.
- Manage software and hardware suppliers.
- Create product documentation and training materials for customers and Sales teams.
- Gain a deep understanding of our operations and billing capabilities in order to work with those teams to successfully introduce new products.

What you need for this position:

- BS, BA or BE degree required; graduate level degree in a business/management discipline is a plus (eg, MBA, MS(MIS), etc.)
- 3-5 years of Program Management/Development experience in the telecommunications and/or UC industries.
- Possess strong program management capabilities, communications skills, presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to effectively influence internal team members and customer stakeholders through consensus building and ability to get results through others.
- Entrepreneurial, inter-disciplinary skills (technical, business analysis, customer-facing)
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives, programs and projects at one time is critical.
- Bonus points for experience in any of the following: Contact Center services and infrastructure, Unified Communications solutions (hosted and on-prem), VoIP technologies, Video services and API implementations.
- Knowledge of APIs/developer support, current web trends, and common telecom terms, products, voice and video architectures, etc. is expected.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical and business issues clearly.
- Demonstrated skills in managing one†s own priorities & time demands as well as leading others through complex projects.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
