We are a recognized national structured settlements firm providing settlement services to property casualty companies, self-insured corporations, law firms, workers compensation carriers and funds and municipalities

What you need for this position:

-Significant experience leading and guiding a strong sales organization
-Decisive, results-oriented, consistent manager of people
-Ability to create and implement management systems to enhance sales performance
-Solid strategic thinking and execution skills
-Solid Structured Settlement experience
-Extensive knowledge of property and casualty insurance claims and or experiences as a practicing insurance litigation attorney, combined with strong sales, marketing and management background.

What you'll be doing:

-Traveling 50% of the time
-Developing and maintaining a leadership role in the company and the structured settlement industry
-Develop our consultants to develop the existing client base and new clients.
