If you are a Post Processor Developer with 2+ years of CAM software experience including post processors and mill-turn machines, please read on!
What you need for this position:
- Bachelors Degree in engineering related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of mill/turn programming experience
- 2+ years of CAM Software knowledge and field experience
- Post Processor development (Mastercam preferred) and operating experience
- Working knowledge of the various machine configurations and posted code
- Working knowledge of CNC controls, their configurations and output code requirements and their variations as they pertain to mill-turn machines
What you'll be doing:
- Feedback on workflow improvements related to the Mill Turn product
Provide technical support to the post and software development departments regarding the capabilities, variations, and output requirements
- Development new machines including kinematics and post processors
- Support internal/external users and stakeholders on the Mill Turn product
- Build test cases, program and validate parts that can be used within the post certification process for all Mill Turn machines
- Travel requirement: Occasional US and Worldwide
