About the Opportunity
Responsible for the functional support and maintenance of PeopleSoft Purchasing, Inventory, and eProcurement modules. Maintains internal application tables and designs processes to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities
* Analyze, test, document, and maintain PeopleSoft Purchasing, Inventory and eProcurement modules
* Continually monitors information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements
* Leads requirements gathering, functional analysis, design, and system configuration
* Coordinates all levels of system and user testing and acceptance
* Initiates re-engineering processes by working with business owners
* Responsible for project management and central knowledge source on projects
* Complies with all standard internal controls and processes. Participates and follows all processes as defined by Alliance Data
* Leads and coaches other team members
* Strong business and systems analysis skills
* Ability to work with senior level management

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* 3-5 years experience with multiple large full-scale, full life cycle PeopleSoft implementations, working with both functional and technical teams.
* Advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft query
* Extensive experience with business process reengineering, including gathering and documenting requirements, documenting workflows and developing specifications for the programmers required
