The primary role of this position is to aid in the growth of the mortgage business.
Using creative problem solving skills the candidate would then execute the appropriate marketing programs. This may include email, direct mail, process changes, working with banking leaders or other communications as needed for the purpose of lead generation, lead nurturing, lead incubation, lead optimization, and marketing communications. Upon identifying areas of opportunity the candidate would be involved in all aspects of the planning and execution of these improvements. We are seeking a highly-motivated, organized individual with relevant experience and a strong desire to win.
What you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Advertising or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years of recent or current experience, in mortgage and marketing with a direct lender.
- Recent or Current Direct and Internet marketing experience
-Mortgage Call center environment is a must

- Ability to handle multiple time sensitive projects

- Ability to learn internal systems and the role each plays in a project's scope
