What you need for this position:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably health related field
- Demonstrated experience in the application of Performance Improvement methods, including Lean or Six Sigma, PDSA, data collection, analysis and reports
- (2-5) years of project management experience
- Project Management methodology ( Agile/SCRUM )
- Clinical Software Implementation
- Experience in Healthcare/Medical environment
- Knowledge of National Patient Safety Goals, requirements and implementation expectations
- Experience with MOSAIQ
Preferred:
- MBA (Healthcare Administration) or MHA
- PCMH NCQA experience or other regulatory or compliance experience
- Experience in Lean Project Management, Failure Modes Effects Analysis and other performance improvement activities
- PMP
What you'll be doing:
You will be overseeing the installation & ongoing upgrades/maintenance of the MOSAIQ at our multiple locations. You will manage multiple projects and deadlines while working with multiple teams.
