What you need for this position:
- BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in an aerospace hardware testing environment or related product field
- Knowledge of design and testing processes for electro-mechanical hydraulic devices
- Verification and validation experience for product qualification
- Familiarity with temperature, flow and pressure sensors
- Expertise with equipment calibration
What you'll be doing:
- Designing and testing electro-mechanical hydraulic devices
- Design and test hydraulic systems
- Perform vibration tests
- CAD 3-D solid modelling tools (Pro/Engineer preferred)
- Hydraulics and electronics design using Visio
- Control and data acquisition programming using Labview
- Excellent communication - both verbal and written for operating procedures and test reports
