Responsibilities
- Redesigns new hire curriculum for call center employees.
- Collaborates with functional organizations to develop course content (eg, written and electronic materials, including training courses, training proposals).
- Manages vendors to ensure quality, consistency, and relevance of vendor course materials.
- Conducts pilot sessions and facilitates alternative delivery methods.
- Researches and develops new technologies, standard templates, models and job aids for enterprise-wide multimedia training development.
SKILLS
Must have good client relationship skills. Experience in Instructional Design, call center training, and development tools including Flash, Captivate, and PowerPoint are all highly desired. Training plan development knowledge and experience is a plus.
