Responsibilities

Reports directly to the Payment Group Supervisor
Service Now Tickets fulfillment (past dues, payment details, etc)
AP Credit Balances Collections
Processing Refund Checks
Utility Audit Reports
AP Audit
Assists with Special Handling processing
Communicates and provides above average customer service to internal and external customers
Additional tasks as determined by the Payment Group Supervisor
