Job Description: Advantage Application Support HRM Analyst - Remote

This position is a teleconnector or remote application support role. Prior CGI Advantage experience is required and more specifically intimate knowledge of the Advantage Human Resources modules.

Candidate will be overseeing application support for Managed Advantage accounts and interacting daily with the client as well as other members on the MA team responsible for supporting our clients and delivering application and operations support.

Candidate will perform Advantage HRM troubleshooting and application/defect support with growth expected as more clients become part of the Managed Advantage offering.

Candidate will be responsible application support functions, coordination with client delivery managers, maintaining the CGI framework related to clients and members, as well as fostering positive relationships with our client stakeholders, internal CGI stakeholders and local/global delivery teams. Managed Advantage is an SLA-bound delivery model and candidate is expected to perform at "meets" or "exceeds" levels within that context for all delivery.

Essential

Skills:

Five years minimum experience working with the CGI Advantage HRM application from an implementation and/or maintenance perspective.

-Rapport-building, negotiation, consensus-building and clear expectation setting and communications for clients, as well as for and among teams and members.
-Scope, expectation and commitment setting, delivery and reporting for clients, teams and members.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Strong analytical skills, including understanding of Advantage Back End and relational databases (SQL)
-Process definition, implementation, and improvement capabilities including the documentation thereof.

Non Essential

Skills:

Must be able to effectively juggle multiple initiatives and clients. Good tracking and prioritization skills. Financial impact awareness around different delivery models (reducing costs, improving margin, increasing value to clients, creating re-usable models). Team-oriented focus, knowledge sharing, professional in all situations (including high stress). Ability to work in non-conventional environment with virtual team spanning time zones across the country and in India. Ability to maintain a high level of availability and connectivity to management and other team members to keep abreast of and respond to customer or supported project team requirements.
