The Microsoft Dynamics team is looking for a Program Manager with extensive Microsoft Dynamics GP knowledge to define and drive the development of these world class business management solutions. Your responsibilities will include owning feature areas as well as contributing to the R&D strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong Microsoft Dynamics GP knowledge, a solid domain background in user design, system architecture and ease of use who wants to work on building great software solutions for Microsoft.

Qualified candidates must have extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP. Ideal candidates will have strong functional design and specification skills and highlight out-of-the-box thinking for complex business applications which will ship world-wide. Proven business application design experience (functional) and good understanding of global customer requirements to drive designs which stand out above the competition is preferred. Strong project management skills are a must. You should have a good technical background in understanding business application architecture, R&D product lifecycle development, and core MS technologies like .NET, SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, SharePoint Server, HTML5, Silverlight and object-oriented programming and design. You must be a customer advocate with a passion for improving the ways that our customers run their business.

This position demands excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills and the ability to project manage feature teams. The candidate must possess a strong understanding of engineering functions, proven research capabilities and be comfortable working with a wide spectrum of people around the globe.

Technical skill with Microsoft technologies (such as .NET, SQL, HTML5, Silverlight, SharePoint)
