The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) IT group specializes in delivering new solutions that enable the MBS business to deliver on strategic initiatives and adapt to rapidly changing marketplaces. We support the E2E business applications specific to MBS including ERP, CRM, PRM, support and Extranet solutions.

We are looking for an exceptional program manager to help deliver high-quality world-wide solutions to the MBS Business Group. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in developing and releasing software, managing complex projects to completion, and effectively communicating with a global team to achieve results. The primary responsibilities of an MBS IT PM are: ownership of project delivery and ongoing service of applications; the creation of functional specifications that formally define detailed business requirements for customized IT applications; management of projects/project teams consisting of both FTEs and vendors.

Qualified candidates must have:
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of software development or program management/analysis, or software support experience working on commercial software or in IT focusing on customized applications.
- A strong understanding of software development process.
- Demonstrated skill in writing specifications preferred.
