Req# 137361BR Position Title Customer Service Representative Position Summary
Provides basic customer service for a high volume of primarily routine inbound telephone calls with the objective of selling new or additional products and/or services while providing customer satisfaction and retention. Interacts with customers and company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of functions. Answers non-technical questions regarding company products and determines the status of returns, repairs, replacements, orders, delivery schedules, etc. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, and product pricing. Resolves return credit problems. May answer billing questions. May take orders by telephone and handles correspondence from customers and representatives. Quotes prices and delivery dates. Responsible for closing the sale as appropriate, and receives sales incentives.

The starting hourly rate of pay for this position is:
$10.00 per hour plus bonus potential
Shift Information-
All work schedules are full time. Work schedules are based upon business needs and agents must be available to work any shift, any day of the week during the hours of operation, including nights, weekends, overtime and holidays.
Our current hours of operation are as follows:
- Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 12:00 am
- Saturday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Sunday: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
Experience navigating multiple computer screens and programs while interacting with customers.

Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year experience operating a computer in a Windows based environment
- One year experience in a customer facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months experience and/or technical education/training troubleshooting computer hardware, mobile phones, or other electronic devices
- One year experience working with Sprint's products, and/or services
- One year experience working with smartphone devices (Blackberry, iPhone, Samsung Galaxy etc.)
