Key Role:
Assist with performing life cycle cost analysis, technical project management, quality assurance surveillance, and database management expertise and support for project management of facility and infrastructure maintenance, repair, construction, and associated professional architect-engineer services at AF installations worldwide, including developing and evaluating technical engineering proposals. Perform project and program management activities related to the Federal Energy Program, federal mandates, regulatory environment, and towards achieving cost reduction goals. Perform analysis of complex problems, definition of functional requirements, operations research, modeling, process analysis and design, developing and providing training materials, and providing daily supervision. Support, maintain, and use databases as decision-making tools along with geographical interface systems (GIS). Perform data collection, data analyses, and reporting in support of the Air Force energy program. Prepare documents, presentations, and briefings, as directed by the client and senior staff. Serve as technical support staff at the Air Force Civil Engineer Center - East (AFCEC-East). These positions are located at AFCEC-East, Tyndall AFB, FL.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:-2 years of experience with performing life cycle cost analysis-2 years of experience in developing or evaluating technical engineering proposals-Experience with Microsoft Office-Experience in engineering mathematical calculations and unit conversion-Knowledge of analytical techniques-Ability to develop and present professional engineering communications and presentations-Ability to obtain a security clearance-BA or BS degree and 10 years of experience with gathering data to solve complex technical problems, including requirement definition, operations research, and modeling or MA or MS degree in Engineer, Mathematics, Physics, chemistry, Materials Textiles, Production Management, Finance, CS, or Biology and 5+ years of experience with energy

Additional Experience:-Ability to work independently or as a team member-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills-MS degree in Engineering desired
