Machine Operator/Wirebonder

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Machine Operator/Wirebonder to join our client in the Palm Bay, FL area.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work independently in an engineering lab building deliverable hardware.
- Work to engineering drawings, procedures, work orders and follow all safety and quality requirements.
- Identify and document hardware anomalies and work alongside with engineers to resolve issues.

Job Qualifications:
- 8 years experience with the following:
- Strong mechanical and electronic assembly skills, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting at system, module, component, level.
- Build complex assemblies/sub-assemblies including but not limited to:
- Chassis, tools, test fixtures, cables and racks.
- Must have the ability to read complex engineering drawings, troubleshoot and determine/implement corrective actions.
- Position requires the ability to aid in the design of first articles and implement lessons learned into production as well as recommend red lines to drawings, procedures and work instructions.
- Machine Operator - Wirebonder

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Experience with fiber optics and fiber optic equipment is preferred
- Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
