Job Summary:
Perform Test Engineering duties with test planning, execution, and reporting for ground and flight tests. Provide coordination with Project Engineers to ensure test activities meet program schedules. Operate test analysis and data collection equipment during tests. Perform test preparation activities for test execution. Perform test data recording and reporting during tests.

Specific Tasks include:
- Perform Test Engineering tasks for a variety of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Weaponized aircraft.
- Support Test and Flight Readiness Reviews; prepare review package, scribe minutes, and publish approved documents.
- Support coordination of test assets, test frequencies and test ranges.
- Prepare pre-mission briefs, support briefings, and publish records.
- Prepare post-mission briefs, support briefings, and publish records.
- Prepare test plans and reports, acquire approvals
- Coordinate Civil and Military airworthiness certification activities associated with test activities
- Maintain test logs

Requirements:
- B.S. Engineering, preferably Aerodynamics, Electrical, or Mechanical
- Interest with avionics and/or weapons integration
- Desire to develop Team Leadership skills
- Good time management and multi-tasking capabilities
- Detail oriented
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Good presentation skills desirable
- Able to obtain an interim DoD Secret clearance
