- Prototype Web Projects using div-based HTML5 and CSS3
- Ability to provide Technical Support/Instruction to staff members/teams and clients
- Excellent Presentation, Public Speaking, and Interpersonal skills
- CMS and SEO experience
- Ability to travel
- A portfolio/Proven Webmaster Experience
Plus Skills to Have:
- Experience in Training on Web Applications
- Working with Development Teams
What you'll be doing:
- Providing 2nd Level Support for Fulfillment Teams and Clients
- Identifying 1) problems and providing steps for resolutions, and 2) platform bugs from user errors
- Work with project managers and addressing critical issues that need immediate development attention
- Planning Training Agendas and Scenarios according to Customer Scopes
- Conducting On-Site training and providing customer feedback
- Utilizing our Support Tracking System
