Jira Administrator

Our client is a hugely popular computer manufacturing brand seeking a candidate to respond to issues and availability with Jira, GreenHopper, Enterprise Tester and associated plug-ins.

OVERVIEW

• Test new versions of the tools and plug-ins to ensure compatibility
• Administer users
• Create, modify, and archive projects
• Evaluate requests for new tools, workflows, fields, etc.
• Administer the machines on which the instances run and work with the other infrastructure administrators

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience administering Jira (V5+), Greenhopper (v6+), and Enterprise Tester (V4.4+)
• Extensive Linux OS System admin experience
• Understand good test processes

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Jira in VM environment
• General system administration experience
• Experience with Git, Gerrit and code repository tools
• Test automation experience

Estimated Length of Assignment: 13 weeks to start; may be extended
Number of positions available: 2
Estimated hours per week: 40 standard hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Overtime not permitted without preapproval
