Description

Key Role:

Provide certification and accreditation (C&A) and information assurance (IA) support to a DoD client. Perform risk assessments of deployed tactical systems. Develop accreditation recommendations and balance operational requirements and risk mitigation. Assist client organizations with gathering or developing documentation as required by DIACAP. Analyze procedures to ensure system users are aware of their IA responsibilities before granting access to DoD information systems. Evaluate policy, procedure, and process recommendations to ensure a robust IA program. This position is located in Honolulu, HI.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with IT, IA, or DIACAP and C&A
-3+ years of experience with completing risk assessments in accordance with NIST
-1+ years of experience with technical writing
-Knowledge of policy, regulation, or government instruction development
-TS/SCI clearance required
-HS diploma or GED required

Additional Qualifications:
-Knowledge of DoDI 8500.2 IA Controls and DIACAP activities
-Knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools, including eEye Retina and DISA Gold Disk
-BA or BS degree in CS preferred
-DoD 8570.01M IA Certification (IAM Level II), including GSLC, CISSP, CISM, or CAP

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
