Essential Responsibilities: In addition, in this role you will:
Maintain employee documentation (personnel files/labor contracts, additional agreements) in accordance with local labor legislation & Data Privacy regulations
Provide and maintain documentation of employment termination/job change, promotion/change in working time/maternity leave
Processing of employee anniversary and all hands meeting awards
Manage HR document circulation in an appropriate and controlled manner
Provide OHR reporting support
Ensure that high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained with appropriate controls in place, taking accountability for compliance with relevant legal and GE policy requirements
Consistently follow defined HR processes, challenging steps that may not make sense/add value
Develop a strong working relationship with the GE HR community through timely and accurate administration of HR processes, ensuring effective communication and early identification of requirements & any service issues
Utilize HR tools as a backup for the HR team on work flow forms, brass ring, EIPIA, I-9, HR reporting in HR3, SSP5 HR invoicing and creating purchase orders, etc
Plan, schedule, arrange business meetings and HR Events. Coordinate travel itineraries; maintain passport and visa requirements; prepare and reconcile expense accounts
Provide overall office management and administrative duties such as calendar maintenance, scheduling conference rooms and telepresence meetings, phone coverage, call screening, maintaining HR phone lists, ordering supplies & equipment for HR team, filing, memos and letters, etc Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in business management with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in professional office environment, OR High school diploma/GED with a minimum of 7 years work experience in a professional office environment Additional Eligibility Qualifications: GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
