Cisco Network Solutions Engineer - Houston Regional Engineering Senior Cisco Network Engineer Established Technology Solutions Provider and Cisco VAR has multiple immediate openings for Network Solutions Engineers who have CCIE level skills and excellent customer facing experience. Positions will focus around Cisco R/S and Data Network Solutions Engineering for select, commercial & enterprise clients in the Houston region.
Ideal candidate has significant experience working as a Senior Network Systems Engineer or Network Consulting Engineer for either Cisco Systems or one of their Partner (Gold Partner) firms.
If you are a CCIE, CCNP, Network Solutions Architect, or Cisco Systems Engineer with strong R/S skills and expertise in either Cisco Security and/or Cisco Data Center Solutions, please read on.
What you need for this position:
- Lab CCIE (R/S, Voice. Security, etc.) or CCNP
- Strong Post Sales/Cisco Solutions Design expertise
- Strong Implementation/engineering experience
- Strong implementation skills with Cisco Nexus 7k, 5k, & 2K's
- Excellent Cisco R/S skills and expertise in either Cisco Security, and/or Cisco Data Center Advanced Technology Solutions
- Excellent customer facing skills and ability to provide advanced technical engineering support to enterprise clients
What you'll be doing:
- Combination of Technical Design/Engineering and high level implementation for Advanced Cisco Technology Solutions (R/S, Security, and/or Data Center focused)
- Be a trusted Subject Matter Expert for key mid - enterprise clients
- Keep up to date on cutting edge Cisco technologies and solutions
