Our prestigious client is a specialist implementation consulting firm based in Texas and they are currently seeking an experienced Senior level Sales professional to ensure that the company achieves their aggressive revenue and profitability targets through account development and new sales.
The Ideal candidate will come from a Consulting Firm and have the following attributes:
7 years or more of sales leadership with relevant demonstrated capability to close multi-million dollar complex sales repeatedly
Consultative Sales: depth and experience with large, complicated sales that are service oriented ( not product oriented)
Demonstrated track record of successfully selling to senior leaders in energy, petrochemicals, refining, and heavy process organizations, with an established network of contacts in leading companies
Ability to produce high quality product (proposals, presentations, reports) directly
Ability to assess and communicate the financial and strategic benefits of the organization's services
Miller Heiman sales methodology is strongly preferred but not required
Willingness and ability to roll up sleeves and get work done!
Ability to travel up to 80%. Candidates from Houston are preferred but others will be considered as well.
