Duties and Responsibilities:
Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems. Provides resolutions through electronic data processing, gathering information from users, defining work problems and designing a system of computer programs and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
• Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation.
• Performs on moderately complex and specialized systems and programming tasks.
• Participates in system feasibility, proposals, design and integration.
• Researches and solves user problems by modifying existing systems.
• Draws up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems.
• Draws up a testing schedule for the complete system.
• Creates user manuals.
• May present proposals to clients.
• May provide training to users of a new system.
• Minimun Qualifications: Must have an Associate's and/or Electrical degree in Biomedical Technology. Desired Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. A minimum eight years medical maintenance experience is required. Must be a graduate of the DoD Service Biomedical Maintenance Apprentice Course. Must have Defense Medical Logistics Support System experience.

Required Qualifications: Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related work experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.

The clearance level required is dependent on the type of clearance supported by our client.
