Located near Ottumwa, we provide comprehensive IT support to our clients in Southeast Iowa and Northeast Missouri. Our commercial and government clients rely on our excellent customer and knowledge to contribute to their success. We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to support our clients out in the field.
What you need for this position:
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support - including hardware and software support, basic networking protocols, Windows Server, and Microsoft Office/Exchange
- Professionalism, superior customer service and communication skills
- Experience with database administration and Telephone systems are preferred
- any additional certifications are a plus (ie CCNA, CCNP, MCSE)
